Our fixed price services are normally based upon us collecting your computer from your home or business, returning it to our workshop for service, then re-delivering it to your home or business, or you leaving your pc at our workshop.

Inside of our service area, this service is free and included with all quotations. Our collection and re-delivery service enables us to keep costs down, as we can schedule work based upon demand and urgency, as well as running tasks in parallel. Our workshop is equipped with all the equipment needed to quickly and efficiently diagnose problems and carry out repairs to your pc,  we also have high speed internet access in the event that we need to download any additional driver or other software.

In the event that we cannot offer a fixed price for on-site work (for example diagnosing intermittent faults), our competitive hourly rates will apply, and we will advise you of this at the time of your query. There are no call out charges for work carried out in your home or business if inside our service area.

We can collect and deliver your computer at a time convenient to you. This enables us to often return repaired / serviced PC's within 24hrs. In the event that parts need to be ordered, we can either return the PC to you in the interim, and schedule a repair for a later date, or keep hold of the computer, carry out the repair and then return to you.

Sometimes a repair requiring specific parts can take up to three days to complete, though most of the time they can be completed in 24hrs if the parts are ordered before 3pm.

This is a "no hassle to you" service. We will come to your home or business, disconnect your computer system and remove just the base unit. We do not normally need to remove ancillary peripherals like monitors or printers. Then once the repair or service is complete, we return the base unit to you, re-connect all the peripherals and carry out a functional test before leaving.
