• Network two desktop computers install all hardware and configure to share current Internet connection and files / folders across the wired network.
• Network two desktop computers wirelessly, install all hardware and configure to share current Internet connection and files / folders across the network.

What is included in this service:-

• Installation and configuration of hardware and any software drivers on all computers on the network. Installation and configuration of any hubs, switches, routers required.
• Creation of the peer-to-peer network, configuration of file and printer sharing and permissions.
• Configuration of wireless security settings ( if applicable)  to prevent unauthorised access to your network or internet connection.
• Configuration of Internet Connection Sharing on all the computers on the network.
• Configuration of any Firewalls required to prevent hackers gaining access to your computers.
• Fully functional testing of all connections.

Whats not included in this service:-

• Hardware unless this is provided as part of the quotation.
• Unable to complete network configuration due to customer supplied hardware incompatibility or failure. We will still attempt to complete the network installation as far as possible, but the network install fee will still be chargeable if we cannot.
• Installation of additional software or hardware not required or specified at the time of the order.
• Investigating hardware failures not associated with the network.
• Connection and configuration of non-networked devices or peripherals
• Routing of cables and wires around the users premises (if applicable). We will install the hardware and software and configure the network by temporarily routing cables along the floor, but it is up to the customer to route the cables and wires in a manner they wish. We can provide a full service, including routing of all cables throughout the customers home or place of business for an extra fee. Please contact us if this is of interest to you.
