If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but are only prevented from doing so by you requesting us not to proceed with the work, then you will be charged for our time spent to that point. If the we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but are only prevented from doing so because you do not possess the required software CD-ROM or Product Key, then you will be charged for our time spent to that point. If we provide a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and then you decide not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then you will be charged for our time spent to that point. |
